Valerie S. Pennacchio is currently the Dean of Clinical Education at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. Besides administration duties which include the NZCC health centre she is also actively involved in teaching core philosophy courses, technique and clinical integration classes. In light of her extensive teaching duties she has reduced the size of her private practice, but still regularly serves the public, as she has for the past 15 years, using the BGI model since its development. She is originally from NJ so expect a northern flare to her presentations, however being in the south for 25 years where she taught at Sherman College and Palmer Florida has softened her. Since her move down under she has even added a bit of "kiwi -ese" to her presentations making interactions with her truly an international experience. She is now living in Papakura, South Auckland, New Zealand where the presence of the BGI concepts are blossoming. She loves the fact that through the BGI model the artistic expression of chiropractic has finally risen to support the breath and depth of the philosophic principles of chiropractic that she loves deeply.
